Conference ProducerYou will be responsible for producing regional and global corporate conferences, seminars, workshops and trainings tailor-made for senior corporate executives. Working in line with the business community, it will be your job to stay on top of industry trends and translate them into valuable and profitable events. You will propose event concepts through meticulous research and planning. You will pitch and attract top industry practitioners to speak in our conferences and build relationships with industry leaders to keep abreast of key trends, knowledge and networking needs. You must have the ability to develop a well-researched event agenda that demonstrates good knowledge of market dynamics and specific challenges faced by target audience. You must also have a strong copywriting skill that caters to the palate of target audience. The conference producer above all are the project managers and therefore should be able to lead our sales, marketing and operations team to ensure that the event is generating the targeted revenue and successfully run. Candidates must have the following: - Degree in any fields
- Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience
- Effective writing and strong oral communication skills
- Able to work with a timeline and tight deadlines
- Good telephone skills
- Resourceful, self motivated and able to work independently
- Needs to be a team player
- Ability to operate well under pressure

Marketing ExecutiveYour responsibility is to conduct market research in multiple industries with the objective of soliciting sales leads. Your job duties include creating and maintaining a database of potential speakers, sponsors and delegates, ensuring that they are appropriately classified and easily accessible; data mining to extract potential leads; telemarketing to qualify leads; supporting the sales department with relevant market information. Successful candidates will attend our comprehensive training programme, as well as receive on the job training and guidance throughout their career. Those that succeed can expect fast track promotion and overseas transfers opportunities. To succeed at our events arm you will require: - Diploma preferably in Business, Marketing or related discipline

Sponsorship/Exhibition (SPEX) ManagerAs a SPEX Manager, you will be proactive in obtaining corporate sponsorship for a wide range of conferences produced by Euro Events. The SPEX Manager works on several proprietary as well as customers' conferences and events at the same time with tight deadlines. You will work closely with the Conference Producer in order to maximise revenue for our portfolio of events. The SPEX Manager will make cold calls and will often meet potential clients face to face, negotiate the deal and organise for the contract to be signed as soon as the event is launched. For this the SPEX Manager requires all the basic sales techniques, but, in addition, needs to have a highly consultative approach to clients - we aim to work with our clients on a long-term basis and therefore our goal is that our clients are satisfied and therefore want to work with us again. You will be working closely with the Fortune 500 companies, matching their requirements with our uniquely tailored conferences, continually being rewarded and recognised for your achievements every step of the way. Successful candidates will attend our comprehensive training programme, as well as receive on the job training and guidance throughout their career.
