Jie Dong

Jie Dong joined BNP Paribas in September 2003 as a producer for the Structured Credit Origination Group.

Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Jie Dong spent over 9 years with Merrill Lynch in New York specializing in ABS originations, structuring and execution.

She completed the first rated Asian ABS for Cheung Kong Holdings in 1994 and recently closed a Euro300 million credit card ABS for Shinhan Card (a Korean issuer).

She has originated and executed securitizations of various assets, including credit cards, auto loans, mortgages, home equity loans, insurance risks, etc. U.S. clients included American Express, GE Capital, Ford Credit, GMAC and other Fortune 500 companies.

She studied at Fudan University in Shanghai, holds a B.A. from Wellesley College in Massachusetts, and is a native Mandarin speaker.

董事，法国巴黎银行资产证券化组

董洁女士于2003年9月加盟法国巴黎银行，成为资产证券化组（Structured Credit Origination Group）的产品负责人之一。

在加盟法国巴黎银行前，董洁在纽约美林任职职九年，专门从事ABS（资产抵押债券 ）的发掘、构建、实施及发行。

董女士于1994年为香港长江实业完成第一个在亚洲拥有国际信用评级的按揭抵押债券，近期则为韩国信用卡公司Shinhan Card成交了三亿欧元的信用咭ABS。

她擅长利用各类资产进行证券化，包括信用咭、汽车贷款、按揭、保险风险等等。American Express、GE Capital、Ford Credit、GMAC和其他一些全球500强企业都曾是她在美国的客户。

董女士曾就读于上海复旦大学，持有美国麻省威斯利女子学院的学士学位，可以用普通话说写交流。
