Graduated in Economics and Management School of Tsinghua University, Mr. Zhao has been working at China Galaxy Securities Company Limited as General Manager, Department of Investment Bank since 2001. He is in charge of domestic a shares offering, RMB Bond issuing and advisory service.

Before joining China Galaxy, he had been the Head of Financing Department in China, Director of Investment Bank Department and Director of Capital Market Department when he was at Deutsche Bank from the period of 1997 to 2000 in charge of financing of domestic enterprise, investment bank and issue debt. Participate in sales of overseas issue, such as China Unicom, Petrochina, Capital Airport; arranged issue of Eurodollor bond for China Finance Ministry.

He was working for China Construction Bank from 1991 to 1997, and had been the Head, Director of International Department Funds Section, taking charge of financing in oversea, managing foreign exchange capital, exchange and capital market; Head, Director of International Department Commercial Bank Section, taking charge of enterprise come into the markets, financial consultant for project financing; and Head, Financial consultant for project financing in Hefei Electric Factory, Shandong Zhonghua Electric Factory, Sichuan Chuanhua Project.

In the period of 1988 to 1991, he was in charge of purchasing and managing the company in Chile at China Agriculture Trust and Investment Company.

赵驹先生毕业于清华大学经管学院，於2001加入中国银河证证券有限责任公司任职职投资银行总总部总总经理至今。主要负责国内A股融资,人民币债券融资及财务顾问等工作。

於1997 - 2000，赵先生於德意志银行曾先后任公司融资部中国主管、投资银行部联联席董事和资本市场部董事等职职，主要负责国内公司融资、投资银行、发债及掉期等业务。曾参与中国联联通、中国石油、首都机场等境外上市承销工作，财政部欧元债券的发行准备工作等。

赵先生於1991 ━ 1997於中国建设银行曾担任国际部资金处处长，负责建行境外融资、外汇资金管理、交易以及资本市场业务；曾任国际部商人银行处处长，主要负责企业上市、项目融资财务顾问等商人银行业务。曾担任合肥电厂、山东中华电厂、四川川化项目融资财务顾顾问。

赵先生并曾於1988 ━ 1991在中国农村信托投资公司工作，受公司委派在拉美从事企业购购并方面的工作。
