David Kahm

David Kahm is a Vice President in the Asia Pacific Asset Securitisation group at ABN Amro Bank NV based in Singapore. Mr. Kahm has primary responsibility for originating and executing securitisation transactions in the North Asia region. Mr. Kahm has nine years of securitisation experience spanning the US, Europe and Asia with expertise across a diverse spectrum of asset classes.

Prior to joining ABN AMRO he was a Transaction Manager and Team Leader for PricewaterhouseCoopers Securitization Consulting Practice providing a full range of structuring and transaction services for Auto Loans/Leases, Mortgages, Credit Cards and Future Flow transactions. Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Kahm worked as an Associate in the Asset Backed Finance Group at ContiFinancial where he was involved in the securitization, whole loan sale and warehouse financing of Prime and Sub-Prime Auto Loans, Structured Settlements, Time Share Receivables, Equipment Leases, and Manufactured Housing Contracts. Prior to that, he worked as a Securitization Consultant in the Real Estate Finance Group at Ernst & Young where he was involved in the securitization and whole loan transactions of Agency and residential mortgage backed securities.

Mr. Kahm holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the George Washington University.
