Han-Joon Cho
Director and Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Han-Joon Cho is a Director and the Chief Investment Officer of ADM Korea.

He was responsible for structuring and arranging the KOROmas and CORO Voltin Funds and is currently engaged in the management of these Funds. He has also arranged overseas funding for number of Korean companies by way of issuing various types of securities, such as convertible bonds and bond with warrants. He has over 11 years experience in investment management and management consulting. Prior to joining ADM Korea he worked at A.T. Kearney as a consultant where he developed new business plans and formulated customer acquisition strategies for leading Korean companies.

He worked at Tong Yang Investment Bank, between 1999 and 2000, where he managed the corporate finance team and was relationship manager of over 200 companies. Between 1993 and 1999, Mr. Cho worked for Korea Long Term Credit Bank in the international finance department and was involved in major management and investment decisions, including FDI and overseas financing. He was involved in marketing, designing and executing international financial transactions, loans, management of distressed assets and financial advisory for business related to overseas project finance deals.

Mr.Cho's qualifications include: MBA (Owen School, Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee), Major: Finance, B.Sc., Major: Chemistry (Sogang University).
