Justin Ferrier

Mr. Justin Ferrier is a Director of ADM Capital and is the Portfolio Manager for the KOROmas and CORO Voltin Funds. He is also involved in investing in distressed securities for the ADM's Galleus Fund.

He has over 14 years experience in corporate finance, M&A, investment management and consulting. Mr. Ferrier joined ADM after eight years in corporate finance with S.G. Warburg and Peregrine.

He worked for S.G. Warburg in Australia and Indonesia and was responsible for international M&A assignments and capital raisings in a wide range of industry sectors. At Peregrine, Mr. Ferrier advised clients on a cross border M&A and international capital raisings in Asia (ex Japan). Prior to completing his MBA, Mr. Ferrier worked for Andersen Consulting in Australia where he worked on a number of strategic consulting assignments. He has lived in Hong Kong and Jakarta for eight years.

Mr. Ferrier's qualifications include: MBA (Monash University), Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment (SIA), B. Sc. (University of South Australia). He is an Associate CPA (Australia) and an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia.
