Mr. Jae-Yeol Ma is the Team Manger of Structured Finance Department 2 at Korea Ratings Corporation(KR). Before joining KR in 1993, he worked at the Int'l Finance Dept for LG Securities Corporation and Kolon Corporation.

Mr. Ma has been conducting credit rating on Asset-Backed Securities(ABS) transactions since the Korean Securitization Law was enacted in 1998. He is a graduate of Seoul National University and is currently majoring in Finance at graduate school of the University of Seoul.
