Craig Martin is an Investment Director and Head of Private Equity for Prudential Vietnam Fund Management Company (PVFMC), part of Prudential's fund management business in Asia. Craig has over nine years of direct investment experience gained during his 15 years in Asia and joined Prudential in May 2005.

PVFMC advises and manages over US$1.5 billion of funds under management, of which approximately US$250 million is allocated to private equity and property transactions. To date PVFMC has led 20 private equity deals across a range of sectors including five investments in property, and has deployed over US$250 million. Four of these investments have reached liquidity events, three undergoing domestic IPOs and one has been sold to a regional trade buyer.

Prior to joining Prudential, Craig was a founding member of Standard Chartered Bank's Private Equity business, based in Singapore. Before joining Standard Chartered he ran an investment advisory firm active in Indochina. He holds a Masters Degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from York University in the United Kingdom and a Masters of Business Administration with Distinction from INSEAD.
