Tran Van Dzung

Mr. Tran Van Dzung, aged 43, started his career as an officer for State Bank of Vietnam (central bank) in the early 1990s. He moved to work for the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) in 1997, and held various positions there. He was the Deputy Director of the SSC's Office before being appointed Managing Director of Hanoi Securities Trading Center (HASTC) from November 2003. He played a major role in the design and preparation for HASTC to be opened in 2005 and run HASTC since then.

Mr. Tran Van Dzung graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the Institutes of International Relations (Vietnam) in 1987 and a Master of Development Studies from the Saitama University (Japan) in 2001.
